Professional Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in supply chain operations, release management, and data analysis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating and supporting release plans, managing shipment operations, and ensuring the timely and quality-driven execution of production schedules. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in various enterprise systems and a keen ability to analyze complex data to meet customer demands and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support release plans with Flex EDHR teams and clients, ensuring alignment with daily and monthly BIPS plans, production schedules, and customer requirements.
- Plan and manage shipment operations, aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly committed shipment targets while prioritizing customer SKU requirements.
- Manage, follow up on, and resolve all pre-release activities and issues through cross-functional coordination with Quality, Operations, and IT teams to ensure product readiness and on-time shipment.
- Analyze customer demand for 20+ SKUs using IBP files, assist in obtaining Purchase Orders (POs), ensure price book accuracy, facilitate accurate Sales Order (SO) creation, and maintain sufficient quarterly POs aligned with quotes.
- Oversee the end-to-end build and shipment process for client samples, ensuring all production steps are completed on time, meeting sampling requirements, quality standards, and production schedules.
Technical Requirements (Must-have)
- Educational Background: Degree required.
